I hope you all are having a great start to the year! I know I am. God is so good and He shows us His love in so many little ways every day.I'm praying that this year I get to develop an even closer relationship with my amazing God and I pray that for you all too! I know that being around you Rosebuds ladies impacts my walk like many other things are unable to. There's something unique about getting around strong, God warrior women and just getting in to the deep stuff with God.
This Saturday is Rosebuds, but things are going a little different for the first Rosebuds of the year. What we're planning is "Lipgloss Granby". Next month we'll have a regular Rosebuds meeting, but we're
aiming at spreading the love of God through Rosebuds by inviting some of the ladies perusing the Granby festivities to Rosebuds. Why wouldn't we want to invite some women to experience the incredible love of God that we are privileged to encounter in life and through Rosebuds? I think the below verses might spark your heart for this cause.
This whole book of Philippians was really hitting home for me this morning. It expresses the amazing privilege we have as Christians,that we get a personal relationship with Jesus. "17-19 Stick with me, friends. Keep track of those you see running this same course, headed for this same goal. There are many out there
taking other paths, choosing other goals, and trying to get you to go along with them. I’ve warned you of them many times; sadly, I’m having to do it again. All they want is easy street. They hate Christ’s
Cross. But easy street is a dead-end street. Those who live there make their bellies their gods; belches are their praise; all they can think of is their appetites. 20-21 But there’s far more to life for us. We’re citizens of high heaven! We’re waiting the arrival of the Savior, the Master, Jesus Christ, who will transform our earthy bodies into glorious bodies like his own. He’ll make us beautiful and whole with the same powerful
